Amy, maybe you want some of my safflowers for dye for your weaving....read about them....seems the red flowers can be dried and used as a dye...yellow too but isn't as vibrant.   I only have a short row but would be fun to see what they do.   Check out the first praying mantid I have seen this year.   It is perched on a planter box....perhaps there are some insects for it to eat in there..   They are wonderful predators but will also take a bite out you too.
